The scholarship programme offers mentoring skills, internship opportunities, career services, tutoring, and the development of leadership skills. Nearly 40,000 young transformative leaders have been supported since 2012 by the Mastercard Foundation Scholarship.
The scholarship foundation has a global and Pan-African network which consists of over 40 universities and non-governmental organizations, even as it strengthens the ecosystem of higher education through the encouragement of innovation, accessibility, and inclusion in learning and teaching.
Eligibility and Requirements for the Mastercard Foundation Scholarship

- For undergraduate programme scholarship, you must be 29 years old or under at the time of application for this scholarship. For applicants aiming for a masters degree, the candidates must be 35 years old or under at the time of application.
